Our exceptional Modpods are designed with your specific requirements in mind. You can select the unit that best suits your needs, ranging from a basic unfurnished Modpod with a raised bed base for glamping to a fully equipped multi-room unit.
All of our buildings come with a standard specification, as well as personalized features to cater to the specific needs of each individual building.
The majority of our buildings are constructed using Weston Red Cedar, which possesses excellent durability and low maintenance characteristics. Additionally, Cedar boasts an appealing appearance and texture, and is often preferred by planning agencies.
Prior to delivery, we subject all Cedar to a treatment process, followed by the application of a colored stain that results in an attractive two-tone appearance for our buildings.
Our factory produces all SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels) used in the construction of our buildings.
SIPs rank among the most eco-friendly building systems available, providing continuous insulation, superior airtightness, improved control over indoor air quality, reduced construction waste, and preservation of natural resources. Comprehensive life cycle analyses demonstrate that SIPs buildings confer significant positive environmental impacts by curtailing energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions throughout their lifespan.
