Tamar Park is situated in a rural setting, hidden in the scenic countryside on the outskirts of the village of Gunnislake in Cornwall.

The park enjoys magnificent far-reaching views over the river Tamar and the Tamar Valles as far as Kit Hill and to Dartmoor. The market town of Tavistock is less than 5 miles and Plymouth is 15 miles.

Local facilities like village shop, post office, garage and pub are within a mile of the park and there is a more comprehensive range of shops in Tavistock.

Access to the area is via the A30 at Launceston taking the A388 to Callington, then the B327 to Monks Cross and Stevenstones. At Stevenstones turn left towards Cox Park.

The park is spread over 2 acres of land which has been developed over three level terraces. It is a well-established park with tarmac surfaced roads providing easy access to all homes. A majority of the homes benefit from gorgeous views across the valley and over the stunning, unspoiled countryside.

The Tamar Viaduct landmark runs a train service from Calstock directly to the city of Plymouth, where further amenities can be found.
