The Orchards in Lincolnshire is a family run park with a commitment to provide an enjoyable place to live for over 50’s in a friendly and relaxed community.

The park has an informal setting creating a lovely and relaxing atmosphere in the pretty village of Ruskington. There are many leisure activities within the village including bowls, WI, University of the 3rd age, fishing, exercise classes. Within 10 miles there are golf clubs, swimming pool, cinema. The Ruskington Railway station has direct links to Peterborough, Nottingham and Leicester.

Each home is set within its own fenced garden giving individuality and privacy. The park is quiet and peaceful, with mature trees and shrubs. A small pet is welcome as long as it kept under control and not a nuisance to other residents.

Orchards Park has been awarded 20 years of Gold under the David Bellamy Conservation award, the only residential park in the country. We have long been committed to environmental and conservation needs and continue to work on this.
