Woodlands Lodge Retreat offers you the best of both worlds, a peaceful & tranquil setting within a backdrop of the scenic woodland, yet close to the picturesque & bustling seaside gems of New Quay & Aberaeron on the rugged Ceredigion coastline.  A dogs welcome perfect base to explore, relax & unwind, Woodlands is open all year for our owners and visitors alike to enjoy each & every season. 

All our brand new 5* lodges come with a 50 year Site Licence. Each of these individual ‘turn key’ lodges comes furnished by the manufacturer, and will also be dressed and styled with full inventory. uPVC sun decking is included, along with a private parking space or a private driveway. Holiday letting is permitted too.

New for 2025 * our facilities now comprise our outdoor & covered Dog Shower PLUS a new small ‘off-lead’ fenced & gated play area just for dogs called ‘Wooflands’. New for 2025 too is our rustic fenced & gated Children’s Play Area. It’s been designed for our younger children to enjoy & has a baby seat swing & child’s swing, a ‘fortress’ to climb up & slide down and a little wooden train to play on. Our pergoda seating area is located between both of these play areas so you can be with & enjoy your children/grandchildren having fun.  We also have a Launderette that is open 24/7 which is also home to our free Book/DVD & Jigsaw library.

‘The Bar’ is open for our monthly events, many of which also have a food trader present. The Bar is Dogs Welcome throughout - they can even borrow a Dog Bed or Throw to relax on whilst you enjoy a drink - or two! Your children & grandchildren will love our family board games, giant indoor games like 4 in a Row and our pool table plus we offer a range of soft drinks they can enjoy with you too. The Bar has both indoor & outdoor seating and offers a fully stocked range of spirits, bottled beers & wines, coffees as well as our popular Cocktails & mocktails.  Come and visit us soon.
