Situated at the foot of Crossfell in the northern Pennines CROSSFELL CARAVAN PARK is ideally situated for exploring the unspoilt Eden Valley. The Northern Pennines, The Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and the Border Region are but a stone's throw away. Walkers will find plenty to occupy themselves in this area with pleasant rural walks through the villages of the Eden Valley to more energetic hikes up onto the Penine Fells. The campsite is popular with backpackers completing the Pennine Way. Cyclists will find Sustrans Sea to Sea (C2C) passes through the village as does the Penine Cycleway. The site is also popular with those doing the Lands End to John O'Groats cycle challenge.
