Homing Park has a range of facilities for holiday home owners, while maintaining a more straightforward approach than parks designed around large-scale entertainment. For leisure time, the park has a tennis court, available at £3.00 per hour, with owners required to provide their own rackets and balls. There are also toddlers’ and juniors’ play areas with full safety surfacing, along with a simple five-a-side area with goals.

The privately run clubhouse and swimming pool provide additional facilities on the park. The clubhouse is operated by Stella Snashall and her family and offers alcoholic beverages, tea and coffee, Sunday lunch and food including burgers and ice cream. At busy times, entertainment is organised, with quizzes, karaoke, bingo and similar activities also taking place throughout the year. Sunday lunch may require booking.

The swimming pool is accessed through the clubhouse and is generally open during the May to September period, although for some of this period it may only be available at weekends. A small charge applies.

Dog owners have access to a fenced dog exercise area adjacent to the tennis court. The park also has a laundrette with three commercial washing machines, three commercial driers, a washing sink, spinner and iron, with various coinage required.

For electric vehicle owners, three 16Amp token-operated EV charging stations are located at the rear of reception, with tokens available from reception. A street-lit, one-way ring road provides access around the main holiday caravan area, with ample tarmac parking spaces.
