Greenacres Park is located in the Suffolk country side. Greenacres Park is a small development of 8 homes to the newly developed side of Greenacres which is home of the owner Michael Jay and his family. All the plots are developed and ready for new homes to be sited. All plots have block paved car parking, metered gas, electric and water. The park has electric gates with remote controls, night lighting and CCTV. Our park caters for age group 50 years and over with no dependent children. One domestic pet is allowed.
