Itchenor Caravan Park features static caravans available for purchase, set within beautifully landscaped grounds of an old orchard. Each holiday home boasts a spacious garden, and the park's perimeter offers views of open farmland, the South Downs, and occasional glimpses of sails on the harbour waters.

A resident manager is present year-round to provide assistance during the summer and maintain the holiday homes in the winter. The park welcomes well-behaved dogs.

Both new and pre-owned static caravans are available for purchase, with the holiday season running from March 1st to October 31st. There is no age limit for the caravans. The annual rent for 2024 starts at £4,800, with an optional winter license available for additional use during winter weekends, Christmas, and New Year.
