Read the licence agreement. It sets the term, what happens at the end of it, whether you can sublet, and any limit on the age of the caravan on the pitch. Holiday park contracts explained

Check the condition if the caravan is used. Damp, the age of the chassis and what the previous owner paid in fees all matter. Buying a used static caravan

Go and stand on the pitch. Where the sun falls, where you park, how far the facilities are, who is either side. Photographs will not tell you any of that.
