With two parks located in Cornwall and two in Devon, all have easy access to the coast, as well as the moorland interior with its endless rambles, historic sites and charming village inns. Choose Cornwall to be situated nearby popular fishing villages, Looe and Fowey. Or opt for Devon, convenient for Combe Martin and Ilfracombe and the North Devon coastline.
The lodges, which are available for holidays or ownership are timber clad, with expansive private decking areas and many with the addition of a privately located, sunken hot tub. In Devon there is the opportunity to purchase charming holiday chalets and Sacandanavian style fishing lodges. Owners enjoy a long licence up to 99 years and the option to join a sublet scheme with Guaranteed Rental Income also available.
