Featuring three bedrooms, this bespoke super lodge can only be found at Tallington Lakes and has a tiered lakeside decking enjoying southerly views. With elegant clean lines, every effort has been made to ensure that this home provides a feeling of warmth and comfort throughout.

    Attention to detail has been paramount to the design of this lodge, with brushed chrome light switches and sockets, many of which have USB points contained within. Curtains and blinds are also included throughout the home. Lighting throughout the home comes from predominantly recessed spotlighting.

    Entrance to the lodge is via an Entrance Hall / Utility Room, featuring an integral full height freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.

    Your eyes will be drawn via the vaulted ceiling to the bi folding doors in the open plan kitchen dining family room leading out to the extensive decking.

    The kitchen is light and airy with a window to the side and two skylights above. Integral to the kitchen are the four ring gas hob, waist height oven, fridge freezer, wine cooler and dishwasher. A central island provides additional storage plus a breakfast bar. Leading from here is the dining area with two floor to ceiling windows and a generous contemporary dining table with six chairs.

    The main living area features bi-folding doors allowing you to enjoy the spectacular lakeside views from the comfort of your two 'L' shaped sofas. Two vertical radiators provide a modern feel to the home, you can even choose where to locate your television set with two separate TV points.

    Moving through the central hallway we find the three bedrooms and shower room.

    Bedroom one features bi-folding doors to the side and two further full height windows allowing light to flood in. The room has a double bed with bedside cabinets either side and a built in wardrobe with mirrored doors.

    The large four piece En Suite bathroom features a panelled bath, corner shower cubicle, vanity wash hand basin and a close coupled WC. You will also find a stainless steel heated towel rail, electric shaver point and window to the side.

    Bedroom Two is a second good sized double bedroom, again featuring bi-folding doors, a double bed with bedside cabinets either side and a built in wardrobe.

    The third bedroom features a sofa bed as the room can very easily double up as a study. The room has a fitted wardrobe, and desk with a window to the side.

    The shower room comprises of a three piece suite of close coupled WC, vanity wash hand basin and double shower cubicle with waterfall shower head. There is also an heated towel rail, electric shaver point and a window to the side.

    Externally the tiered timber decking has a southerly aspect, making the most of the views and wraps round to the side. The lodge also has block paved parking and a storage shed.
