The Swift Family Retreat is just as its sounds, the perfect retreat for any family, with a great lounge area, room for all with seating in the lounge and dining area which comprise of a free standing table and chairs located right by a window allowing the light to flood this area. There is also an electric flame effect fire. All this is overlooked by the open planned kitchen area allowing all the family to be together, be it watching a good film while popping the popcorn in the kitchen or playing a game of cards at the table and keeping an eye on the lasagna.

The kitchen comes compete with a full size oven, hob and gill plus a full size fridge freezer and plenty of cupboards and work surfaces, cooking here will be a delight.

Ideally there are three bedrooms, the master which is a great space to get ready for a night out at our sister park just a short walk down the road plus there is an en-suite toilet. At the back of the Swift Family Retreat you will find a single room with plenty of floor space and storage, then right next door there is a further bedroom with a single bed that also doubles up as a bunkbed, room for your family or a friend or two, again you will find a good amount of storage.

The family shower room has a large shower, wc and sink.

Located at Suffolk Sands, which is located right on a sandy beach, away from the hustle and bustle of main town life, but still gives our owners the best of both worlds with nature walks and cycle paths, to a day on the golf course or excitement at the pier, with local busses to mainstream train lines for a trip out. There is plenty of local historical and architectural locations along with some great eateries from cream teas to a Bistro lunch with many local eateries allowing your 4 legged friend to accompany you.
