Located on Suffolk Sands, which is located right on a sandy beach, away from the hustle and bustle of main town life, but still gives our owners the best of both worlds with nature walks and cycle paths, to a day on the golf course or excitement at the pier, with local busses to mainstream train lines for a trip out. There is plenty of local historical and architectural locations along with some great eateries from cream teas to a Bistro lunch with many local eateries allowing your 4 legged friend to accompany you. But if your looking for some entertainment our sister park Felixstowe is just a short walk away where you will have the benefits of an indoor pool, arcades, entertainments venue and much more.

As you enter the ABI Trieste family open space is the key, with an open kitchen comprising of worktops and cupboards along with a full sized cooker, grill & hob plus full sized fridge freezer, from here you lead into the lounge with ample of seating & floor space idea for the grandchildren to play games or your four legged friend to stretch out, there is also a gas fire for those chilly nights. The L-shape sofa consists of a sofa bed plus there is an electric fire and a thermostat for the heating already installed.

This is a two bedroom model with the master at the back with a double wardrobe. Next to this is the twin with two singles and a side table plus a single wardrobe, shelf and mirror.
