The Prestige Glass House Lodge on Lake Windermere is a top-of-the range luxury holiday home in a quiet, small, gated park, with direct lake access on the quieter western shore of Windermere.

 Buck Yeats Park is next door to the Lakeside Hotel, the Aquarium, Boat Connections to Windermere/Ambleside, and the steam railway. The new “Windermere Way” footpath links conveniently to Newby Bridge and its amenities. The lodge is in a very peaceful, secluded location whilst connected to lots of things to do on a day out.

 The fantastic outdoor space of this luxury home is raised upon Lakeland slate walling, with composite deck boards wrapped around the lodge looking out towards the lake. A garden shed is included along with an outside tap, double electrical socket and dog shower.

 The inside of the lodge is finished to an extremely high standard with integrated blinds throughout and many additional extras. The L-shaped sofa in the open plan living & dining area gives the opportunity to both relax and socialise in different areas, including the kitchen island with lots of space to spread out & a wine fridge.

There’s a walk-in wardrobe area in the main bedroom, ample storage and a large shower in the ensuite. The second bedroom is a generous size and across the hall from the main bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
