Tallington Lakes Leisure Park is more than just an idyllic place to spend some quality time. Located on the Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire and Leicestershire borders. With 205 acres of clean spring fed lakes, it is an ideal location for water skiing, wakeboarding, jet skiing or kayaking. There is even a dry ski slope and 15 metre climbing tower, so something for everyone. If that all seems to energetic for you, there is always the Pro shop for some retails therapy, or maybe relax in the Lakeside bar and restaurant.

If you want something a little further out, the historic town of Stamford is only 5.6 miles to the west and the cathedral city of Peterborough, with its direct train line to London Kings Cross only 11.8 miles to the south.

The Radcliffe is a custom build home that you will only find here at Tallington Lakes, and can be found on one of the most highly desired areas of the park, The Keys. With a wall of glass at the front, with two sets of French Doors leading to the decking nothing takes your eye away from the long views across the lakes.

Entry to the lodge is via a separate entrance hall/ utility room, featuring the central heating boiler and an integral washing machine.

The kitchen in the open plan living area has ample storage space and includes integral hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer overlooking a good sized dining table.

The seating area has two pairs of French doors leading to the decking.

Bedroom one with its built in wardrobes is a generous size and leads to a three piece en suite benefitting from shower cubicle, WC and a wash hand basin.

The second bedroom is set as a twin room and has a generous built in wardrobe.
