The lodge is supplied by mains electricity and gas by way of a mains LPG system from a site storage tank. (so no bottles to mess with). Both of these supplies are individually metered.
Entering via the glazed side door you are in a well fitted out utility/boot room. This has a sink unit with cupboards and a fitted washer/dryer, wall cupboards and a boiler cupboard. There is also a seating area with coat and shoe storage.
From there you pass through into the open plan Lounge, Dining area and Kitchen. This has plenty of windows with curtains or blinds and a large patio door out onto one of the raised decking seating areas. The ceiling houses speakers for the built in Bluetooth sound system.
The Lounge area has a fitted fireplace with electric coal effect fire and wall mounted smart TV. There are 2 sofas and an arm chair, a sideboard and large storage coffee table.
The large Kitchen area has an island unit with cupboards and shelving. There is a large larder unit, fitted dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Oven, hob and microwave and lots of storage. It comes fully kitted out with pots, pans, glasses and cutlery, a kettle and toaster.
The dining area has a good size table and chairs with room for up to six people. There is a large wall unit with storage cupboards and lots of open shelving.
Off a short corridor from the living area is a bathroom with a bath/shower and fitted cupboard units housing the basin and toilet. There is also a separate large cupboard and storage areas for towels and toiletries.
There are two bedrooms both carpeted and have a king size bed, bedside drawer units and a vanity unit with stools, fitted mirrors and a television.
Bedroom 1 has a walk in dressing room with lots of hanging space, drawers and shelf storage. it has an en-suite shower room with storage cupboards. The king size bed in this room is an ottoman storage design.
The second bedroom has a triple wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and drawer and shelf storage.
