    We categorize all our residential structures as "Lodges," although they can also go by names like Granny Annexes, Log Cabins, Mobile Homes, or Static Caravans. Essentially, they serve the same purpose, with the primary distinction being quality. At Urban Marque, we exclusively design and manufacture bespoke Lodges of exceptional quality. Each Lodge is meticulously engineered to suit its intended environment, accompanied by site-specific structural calculations, meteorological assessments, comprehensive design blueprints, and evidence of adherence to the Caravan Acts.

    Our Lodge homes surpass the fundamental requirements set forth in BS 3632:2015. While they adhere to the Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960, Caravan Sites Act 1968, and BS3632:2015, they are even designed to exceed the compliance criteria of the latest UK Building Regulations for new houses.

    Our packages are known for their flexibility and competitive pricing in today's market. Urban Marque offers a range of standard designs, from compact one-bedroom mobile homes to spacious five-bedroom residences, all of which can be customized to align with your specific needs. Furthermore, we provide a bespoke design service, where we can provide a quote based on your own design concept. Simply send us a sketch of your floorplan, including window and door placements with dimensions, roof type (flat or pitched), and the site location for delivery calculations, and we will handle the rest.
