Design Edition is Lissett's fully bespoke line rather than a fixed model, so there is no standard floorplan.
Lissett specify SIPs construction, solar panels and panoramic glazing, with the design intent being lake or landscape views from every room. Each unit is drawn to the customer's plot, so size and layout are set per commission.
Built to BS 3632 residential standards, with 120mm wall insulation, 200mm floor and 400mm roof. A typical Lissett home weighs over 20 tonnes.
