This two bedroom lodge sited at Hazelwood Holiday Park and is beautifully presented and is situated close to Heron Lake. 

Poplar 9 features an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with a set of french doors that open onto a spacious decked balcony with an integrated hot tub. 

The fully equipped kitchen houses an integral oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.  The Lodge is centrally heated with double glazing and is insullated to residential standards.

The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room and there is further family bathroom with a bath with shower over it.

Hazelwood Holiday Park is superbly located in 38 acres of award winning parkland, which is only a 5 minute walk from the "Blue flag" Warren Beach, the railway station and a superb 18 hole links golf course.

The holiday lodge cannot be the owner's main residence. There is no residential planning permission and the lodge is for recreational use only.

Hazelwood Holiday Park is open 50 weeks of the year and closes for the first 2 weeks of February. No one person may stay longer than 182 days.
