This brand new lodge was built by Omar for Grovelands Park and is very stylish, well equipped and has been priced very competitively.

The lodge has an open plan design and is equipped with integrated appliances including fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washer dryer. All furniture shown in the photographs is included with the lodge and viewings are highly recommended.

The lodge will include solar panels also, and has private block paved driveway, Indian stone slabs and stone skirts.

The pitch fee of £400 per calendar month includes water and sewerage, all park maintenance, grass cutting, etc. with no extra charges for rates, vat, licensing or any other park costs.
