This lodge with split pitch roof and separate utility room has been designed from scratch specifically for Grovelands Park and is quickly proving to be one of our most popular models.

The extras are never ending, with granite worktops and marble tiles, high gloss kitchen and open plan make this lodge feel especially modern and high spec.

The unique roof and ceiling shape really adds character, and the ample storage throughout makes this a very useable space short or long term.

Outside the plot is finished with our usual private block paved driveway, indian stone slabs and paths and stone walling skirt.
