    8 Pendine, Grovelands Park is our own design, totally bespoke 3 bedroom lodge. Built by Stately Albion to residential specifications and with triple glazing and solar panels included in the price.

    The lodge is designed with a high standard, open layout and practicality in mind, and can easily accommodate a family of 6 or more.

    The split pitch roof and ceilings add to the unique feel throughout. Rooms are spacious and waterproof laminate throughout the whole lodge makes maintenance and cleaning easier, while allowing the colour scheme to match through.

    The master bedroom has French doors opening onto its own private raised patio area, with Indian stone slabs and wrought iron rails. Also with en-suite which is fully tiled with a large shower and a walk in wardrobe.

    The second bedroom is laid out with twin beds but could accommodate a double bed and has built in wardrobe.

    The third bedroom has built in bunk beds which are very solid and match the decor well, as well as built in wardrobes.

    The open plan kitchen dining room and lounge has lots of space, and storage, as well as integrated washer dryer, dishwasher and fridge freezer.

    Grovelands Park is a brand new development in open countryside and within easy reach of beaches at Pendine Sands and Tenby amongst other local beaches.

    All of our lodges benefit from private block paved driveways, stone walling skirts, Indian stone paths and slabs as well as triple glazing and solar panels.

    We do things differently here always putting our owners, visitors and residents first, starting with speccing all lodges in a way that they will be practical as well as beautiful, but also focusing on making them as low maintenance and as cheap to run as possible, which is why we always triple glaze windows and add solar panels. At Grovelands park we also have bore holes which supply all on site water through our treatment system so that you are getting crystal clear filtered spring water through every tap, at absolutely no cost.

    We then have our own holiday license agreements where we try to add as much security and peace of mind for our lodge owners as possible. This is done in a number of ways, for example we do not charge a set 15% sale commission like most parks, instead we have a sliding scale, with 1% charged if you sell in the first year, 2% in the second year and so on, up to a maximum of 10%. We also write into the agreements the limits on site fee increases, so that you are safe in the knowledge we will not increase fees by more that the rate of RPI and you will get no unexpected or large increases. We have no intention to ever sell the park but the agreements are made to stay in place if that ever happens so that the security and peace of mind within them will last for the whole length of your ownership no matter what.

    Current site fees are £400 per calendar month and include all site maintenance and fees with no other charges to pay.

    We have 8 lodges available from £135,000 to £145,000 currently, all 45x20 or larger and all with high specs.
