Explore parks along England's East Coast

From the traditional seaside towns of Lincolnshire and the Yorkshire coast to the sandy beaches of Norfolk and Suffolk, the East Coast offers a varied choice of park locations.

Buyers looking for holiday homes can compare coastal parks with swimming pools, entertainment and family facilities alongside smaller, quieter parks near beaches, nature reserves and countryside. Residential buyers can explore park home communities close to local amenities and coastal towns.

Whether you prefer somewhere lively for family holidays or a peaceful setting for residential living, compare East Coast parks to find the right location and property type.

Choosing a holiday or residential park on the East Coast

Holiday parks and residential parks have different uses, so it's important to check the type of park before buying. Holiday parks are intended for leisure use, while residential parks with the appropriate licence are designed for permanent living.

When comparing parks, check annual site or pitch fees, licence terms, permitted occupancy, park rules, pet policies and the facilities available. It's also worth considering access to local services, particularly if you're looking for a residential park home.
