Hampshire lists more than 120 parks, and the coast holds most of the holiday homes. Hayling Island alone has over 20 holiday parks. To the west, New Milton, Milford-on-Sea and Ringwood put you on the edge of the New Forest and close to the Solent beaches.
Park homes spread across the whole county. Southampton and Winchester have the most residential parks, with more at Fareham, Lymington, Ringwood, Basingstoke, Andover and Farnborough.
Planning rules inside the New Forest National Park limit new parks, so homes at Lyndhurst and Ashurst come up through resale. If you want one, register for alerts and move when it lands.
