Hertfordshire's parks are residential, bar two. More than 35 parks here take residents, with the largest groups around Hitchin and Watford, and more at Tring, Baldock, Hertford, St Albans, Hatfield, Borehamwood and Kings Langley.
The two holiday parks are a lodge park at Much Hadham, near Bishops Stortford, and a park at Waltham Cross on the edge of the Lee Valley.
If you are moving out of London and want to stay near family, look at Barnet, Borehamwood, Watford and Waltham Cross, all inside or beside the M25 with trains into the city. Ask each park for its age rule and monthly pitch fee, because both differ across the county.
