Buckinghamshire's parks are residential, bar one holiday park at Marlow. High Wycombe has the most, with more at Chesham, Marlow, Little Marlow, Aylesbury, Buckingham, Iver and Chalfont St Peter.
The south of the county suits anyone still working. Iver and Chalfont St Peter sit close to the M25 and M40, with Elizabeth line trains from Iver and Chiltern line trains from nearby Gerrards Cross. Chesham has its own Metropolitan line station.
Most residential parks here set a minimum age of 45 or 50. Ask each park for its age rule, its monthly pitch fee and its policy on pets before you book a viewing.
