Stratford-upon-Avon is the centre of Warwickshire's park home market, with seven residential parks and more homes for sale than anywhere else in the county. Bidford-upon-Avon, Welford on Avon and Salford Priors hold holiday parks along the same stretch of the Avon.
Further north, residential parks sit at Nuneaton, Warwick, Rugby, Kenilworth, Studley, Alcester and Henley-in-Arden, with Coventry and Birmingham about half an hour away.
The Avon floods through Stratford and Bidford in wet winters, so ask riverside parks about their flood history. Ask each residential park for its age rule and pitch fee too.
