Conwy's parks crowd the coast. Abergele alone has 17 holiday parks, with Towyn and Kinmel Bay next door, and more at Llanddulas, Llysfaen, Colwyn Bay, Llandudno, Deganwy and Penmaenmawr.
Inland, the Conwy valley holds smaller parks at Glan Conwy, Llanrwst, Trefriw and Betws-y-Coed, on the edge of Eryri, the Snowdonia National Park.
Residential park homes are scarce, with parks at Conwy and Llandudno Junction. Towyn and Kinmel Bay sit on low ground behind the sea wall and flooded in 1990, so ask the coastal parks about flood defences and insurance before you buy.
