Devon lists more than 150 parks across two coasts and two National Parks. The south coast carries the most homes for sale, around Paignton, Dawlish Warren, Newton Abbot and Budleigh Salterton, with more at Sidmouth, Brixham, Salcombe and Dartmouth.
The north coast runs from Lynton and Combe Martin past Ilfracombe, Woolacombe and Croyde to Bideford and Westward Ho, with Barnstaple as its hub. Inland, parks sit on the edge of Dartmoor at Okehampton, Tavistock, Yelverton and Bovey Tracey, and Lynton puts you on the edge of Exmoor.
