Northern Ireland's parks follow the coast. County Down holds the most, from Groomsport, Ballyhalbert, Ballywalter and Cloughey on the eastern shore to Newcastle, Annalong and Kilkeel under the Mournes. On the north coast, look at Portrush, Ballycastle and Limavady.
Inland, you will find parks near Enniskillen and Irvinestown in Fermanagh, Clogher and Dungannon in Tyrone, and at Ballymena and Hillsborough.
Residential park homes in Northern Ireland come under the Caravans Act (Northern Ireland) 2011, which requires a written agreement between you and the park owner. Ask to see it before you buy, along with the pitch fee and any age rules.
