Homes for sale gather in a few areas. The Moray coast at Lossiemouth and Burghead carries the most, followed by Ayr, then Moffat, Dumfries and Newton Stewart in the south west, and Peebles and Newcastleton in the Borders. Fife has parks with stock at Leven and Anstruther, and Perthshire at Crieff and Killin.
On most parks you buy the home and pay a pitch fee for the ground. Ask each park for its pitch fee, its season dates and the years left on the pitch licence before you commit. Highland and island parks can close for longer over winter, so check access dates if you plan to use the home out of season.
