Each June the park industry heads to NAEC Stoneleigh in Warwickshire for The World of Park & Leisure Homes Show. Four days, one showground, and the widest spread of park homes, holiday lodges and tiny homes you will see anywhere in the UK. Berkeleyparks returns as official show sponsor for 2027.
Below you will find the confirmed 2027 dates, how to find the venue, and what waits for you on the ground.
Dates to Mark on Your Calendar
- Thursday 17 June 2027 – Parks, Press and Trade ‘Preview’ Day
- Friday 18 June to Sunday 20 June 2027 – Open to all visitors
- Doors open 10am to 4pm daily
The show runs across four days. The 17th belongs to park operators, journalists and trade visitors, which gives everyone a quieter day for business conversations and a first look at the new models before the crowds arrive. From the 18th to the 20th the gates open to anyone who wants to walk through a lodge and picture themselves living in it.
Venue: NAEC Stoneleigh
Stoneleigh Park sits between Coventry and Leamington Spa, minutes off the M40 and M6, and easy to find. The postal address is NAEC Stoneleigh, Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire, CV8 2LG. Set your satnav to CV8 2LH to reach the main entrance.
The showground handles heavy footfall without the queues you get at smaller venues, and the homes go outdoors on grass rather than under a marquee. You see them in daylight, with the doors open, the way you would see them on a park. Dogs are welcome on leads.
Free Entry and Free Parking
Entry costs nothing. Parking costs nothing. No ticket, no booking, no registration. Turn up and walk in.
Plenty of property shows charge for the privilege of being sold to. Stoneleigh does the opposite, and the visitor mix shows it. Families come for a day out. Retirees come to compare twenty manufacturers in an afternoon. Park operators bring their whole team because nobody has to justify a ticket cost. Exhibitors get a broader, warmer audience as a result.
What You Will See
The 2026 show ran with 155 exhibitors across three groups: 18 park and leisure home manufacturers, 60 park operators, and 78 suppliers, experts and supporters. Expect similar breadth in 2027.
Manufacturers bring their current ranges and their launches. Omar, Pathfinder, Manor Park Homes, Berkeleyparks, Mulberry Lodges, Oakgrove and Odyssey have all shown at Stoneleigh. Park operators from across the UK take stands, so you can talk pitch fees, site rules and availability with the people who run the parks rather than a call centre.
The third group matters more than most visitors expect. Insurance specialists, park home solicitors, finance brokers and part-exchange firms all take stands, and their advice is free on the day. If you are weighing up a purchase, an hour with those exhibitors will answer questions that take weeks to resolve by email.
Plan Your Visit
Put 17 to 20 June 2027 in the diary. Wear shoes you can walk in, because the site is bigger than it looks and you will cover a lot of grass. Come early if you want time in the busier manufacturer displays. If you want to arrive with a shortlist, our Be Inspired pages are a good place to start, and our events listings cover what else is on this year.
Whether you are buying your first holiday lodge, moving into residential park living, or running a park and hunting for your next supplier, Stoneleigh puts the whole industry in one field for four days.
“Stoneleigh is the most important show of the year for our industry. Four days, everyone under one sky. If you go to one show, make it this one.”
