While we’re extolling the virtues of a new mobile home, but there’s nothing to say you won’t find a brilliant second-hand park home.  Many people are very careful owners, and park communities work hard to ensure their used properties are up to code.  Therefore, it’s always worth looking at some older properties if you have a tighter budget.

However, do bear in mind that older properties may need a little more maintenance.  We recommend you discuss any second-hand properties in detail with park owners before and after you view them.  Do make sure to tour a property before you buy – even if it is brand new!
