About half of Countrywide’s locations are coastal, with the rest being nestled in quiet and peaceful areas, away from major cities but in relatively close proximity to traditional market towns for easy access to amenities.
Most onsite homes offer approximately 800 square ft of accommodation and Countrywide have partnered with leading European manufacturers to ensure homes are eco-friendly, energy-efficient and are fully fitted with modern appliances. They have several pitches on their parks which are earmarked for development, but not yet built, which grants buyers the opportunity for a completely bespoke construction. Residential owners of a countrywide park home are subject to a monthly pitch fee or ground rent, which will cover the running costs associated with the business.
