You have the option to extend this unit into a breakfast bar.
This strongly country-themed home is available in both two and three-bedroom configurations, with a choice of sizes to accommodate your preferences. As you enter through the bi-fold doors, you step into an open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area characterized by its high, vaulted ceiling that beautifully reflects light downward, creating an expansive sense of space. This feeling of spaciousness is further enhanced by roof lights positioned over both the kitchen and the lounge.

A U value is the rate of heat transfer per square metre of a structure i.e. the wall, roof or floor. The lower this figure is the better as this means there is less heat transfer. The U value is calculated by evaluating the insulation effect of the component parts of the building's structure.
