Flowerdown Park is situated just 3 miles north of the historic city of Winchester in the popular hamlet of Littleton. Within close proximity is the church, a restaurant, bowling, cricket, tennis and croquet clubs, and a football team. There is also a village hall and a post office. The park is set within gently rolling hills and open countryside yet is close to a main bus route. The local shops are a 10 minute car drive away.
The city of Winchester is well known for its Cathedral and other historical tourist attractions, such as the Great Hall of Winchester featuring the medieval round table from King Arthur’s reign. With a vibrant shopping and social scene, Winchester provides something for everyone. Not to mention – it is also located on the edge of the South Downs National Park.

Flowerdown Park is a very peaceful and tranquil park with 52 park home plots. It is suitable for all ages. Pets are restricted to 2 cats per home. The park is owned by General Estates.
