Hillcrest Park is on the Boxhill Road in Tadworth Surrey next door to our other park Roof of the World Park. It is a smaller park comprising of just 62 homes for the semi-retired and retired over 50 years old.

It is situated along a leafy lane just outside Tadworth near Boxhill, a local National Trust woodland and downland reserve with many nature walks and cycle routes all with wonderful views across the South Downs.


Within walking distance is the Smith & Western, a local pub and restaurant serving excellent ales and traditional pub food.

Hillcrest Park is just a short drive away to Dorking Mainline Station with direct links to London Waterloo and London Victoria.

A Doctor's surgery, Post Office and the village shop is located on the Boxhill Road within walking distance.

A bus stop is just outside the park serving Leatherhead, Epsom and Dorking.
