Hurst Lea Leisure Park is located in the attractive Wyre village of Little Eccleston, 6 miles from Blackpool. Opposite the entrance to the park next to the toll bridge is the Cartford Inn which is a multi-award winner for its home-cooked food and real ale. It has its own brewery, the Hart Brewery located on the site.

Very close to Hurst Lea Leisure Park, across the main A586, St. Michaels to Blackpool road is the large village of Great Eccleston offering all the local amenities of shops, banks, Post Office and pubs. The area around Hurst Lea Leisure Park boasts many lovely riversides and country walks and fishing on the River Wyre. Easily accessible by road is the city of Preston, the Fylde seaside resorts of Fleetwood, St. Annes, Lytham and Blackpool offering a wide range of shopping and leisure activities. The countryside around Hurst Lea Leisure Park offers Trough of Bowland and Beacon Fell which are areas of outstanding beauty located nearby for both the novice and enthusiastic walker alike.


The Lancaster Canal that runs from through Lancashire into Cumbria is easily accessible with its picturesque canalside pubs. Hurst Lea Leisure Park is a small park with a resident warden. Dogs are welcome to accompany their owners. The park is open from 1st March to 15th January every year.
