Egremont Park is a well-maintained park with stunning natural views and a good-community feel. The park is in the market town and civil parish of Egremont set in the heart of Cumbria surrounded by the Lake Districts beautiful small towns, villages, woodlands and walkways. St. Bees makes a great day out for visiting grandchildren with the Seacote Beach front playground which features zip wires and an agility trail. The village also has a railway station providing residents with ease of access around Cumbria.


Four miles from the park and easily accessible via train is the large town of Whitehaven which is steeped in Georgian history. Here, residents will find an extensive range of eateries and local shops. Visiting families will enjoy a day out in Whitehaven with a great range of family-fun things to do such as visiting the museums The Beacon and The Rum Story which both feature exhibitions suitable for all ages. Grandchildren will also love Whitehaven's Jungle Jacks indoor and soft play.
