Lillybrook Park nestles on the outskirts of Bradenstoke village and is the larger of two parks with site licence for 127 homes. The park has been established from the ground up by the Burchell family and it shows, with the wide sweeping roads and areas of greenery ensuring the park provides its residents with a sense of spaciousness and the perfect afternoon stroll, with a beautiful public countryside footpath located at the top of the park. Furthermore, there is viewing platform providing breath-taking scenery of the surrounding Wiltshire countryside and gorgeous brook that runs through the heart of the park.
The park lies between the villages of Bradenstoke and Lyneham where residents will find amenities including a library, pharmacy and local shops. There are also traditional village pubs in walking distance of the park, perfect for an evening of socialising or a hearty filling meal. The historical market town is a twenty-minute drive of the park, can be easily accessed by bus, and is one of the West Country's most vibrant towns. There is a good selection of independent retailers along the town high street offering individual and unique items as well as trendy pubs and quaint coffee shops. Furthermore, the town has a rich history which can be explored by visiting the award-winning Wiltshire Museum. The city of Bath is also within driving distance of the park and has much to see and do including visiting the amazing Roman Baths- one of the South West's most popular tourist attractions, The Jane Austen Centre and architectural masterpieces like the Royal Crescent and The Circus
