Just one mile from Blackpool promenade, Newlyn Court Park is quiet and friendly yet little more a stone’s throw from the beating heart of one of the UK’s most prized seaside resorts. Within easy reach of local amenities, this small residential park home development comprises bungalow-style properties equipped with all mod cons.
The site, formerly a market garden and camp site, was redeveloped in 1990 to offer luxury park homes for those interested in lifestyle living. One of the first caravan and camping sites in the area, it was for many years home to holiday caravans. In fact, the park was first established in 1928.
Having evolved to cater for the tastes of a new generation of park users, Newlyn Court Park is exclusively for the retired and semi-retired, offering residents a secure home in a safe, friendly community.
The ethos of the site is to “treat your neighbours as you would like to be treated”. The lifestyle is all about relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet, while never being far away from the sights and attractions of magnificent Blackpool.
Newlyn Court Park is just an hour’s drive from the Lake District, one mile from Blackpool promenade and three miles from the town centre. Three miles away you will find the genteel and community-spirited resorts of Lytham and St Anne's.
Here is just a sample of some of the local attractions:
