Everyone is welcome at our Park – campers, caravanners, motorhomers, sailors, dogs and cats – we’ve even had a camping parrot! We provide spotless facilities to ensure your trip is a pleasant one. It is a short walk to the village of Bodinnick from the Park. The renowned Old Ferry Inn is definitely worth a visit if you like character buildings and enjoy good food and drink. Across the road from the pub is “Ferryside”, the house where Daphne du Maurier lived and wrote her first novel. It is still occupied by her family today. From Bodinnick you can explore the area by walking to the neighbouring villages, rich with history in boat building and fishing. The famed National Trust Hall Walk is a popular activity for visitors to the area, a circular walk which includes woodland, creeks and ferry rides.
Other popular walks include the coastal path and along the Fowey Estuary, where much of the land is owned by the National Trust and offers stunning views amid a variety of terrains.
