PARK RULES & REGULATIONS
Observe the one way signs • Observe the 10 m.p.h speed limit • Only allow entrance to the park of your own visitors • Do not drive or park on the grass and do not obstruct the roads with any vehicles to allow for emergency vehicles and do not cause others to drive on the grass • Parking is only permitted on the allocated parking space provided for caravan / park home / lodge owners • Visitors are to park only at the allocated visitor parking spaces provided at the reception or in a designated parking area • Dogs to be kept on a lead at all times throughout the park, including the picnic area and please ensure you pick up all pet waste and dispose of it in the correct manner • Do not allow your dog to walk on any owners plot • Dogs to be walked on roads and paths only, except on the picnic area • Do not allow your dog to become a nuisance to others by excessive noise • Ensure you put all food waste into compostable liners or wrapped in paper for disposable, as stated by the council • If you do not put the correct rubbish in the correct bins provided, then the council will not collect the rubbish and the park will have to charge the caravan / park home / lodge owners for the removal of this • Ensure you use the correct pathways and driveways provided to walk around the park and you do not trespass onto a caravan / park home / lodge owners plot at any time, unless permission has been granted by the owner • Ensure the swimming pool and play area rules are adhered to at all times • The park management’s written permission must be sought before the erection of porches, verandas, patios, storage boxes, sheds, trellis, outside ornaments, decking, external flags, etc to comply with the parks design criteria • Trees must not be pruned, without written permission by the park management, as we have a blanket Tree Preservation order on the entire park and any request for trees to be removed, have to go through the park management first • The park management’s written permission must be sought before any application for felling of a tree on the park • Private caravan / park home / lodge owners to empty their own bins / rubbish into the correct designated bins provided by the council • Ball games to be played in the designated playing area only • No tent and washing lines to be erected without prior consent from the park management • No more than 4 persons per 2 bedrooms and no more than 6 persons per 3 bedrooms to be accommodated in a caravan / park home / lodge at any one time • All occupiers must all at times, conduct themselves with due regard to the comfort and enjoyment of others • The park owners cannot accept responsibility for the loss or damage of private property, how so ever caused • Bicycles are to ridden around the park in a safe manner only, obeying the same rules for the one way system • Ensure you slow down to 10mph when you enter the park from the main road, to prevent any accidents occurring and that you are on the correct side of the road • All snagging requests have to be put in writing to the office • All documentation required to register new appliances will be located in your new park home / lodge • NO dogs are allowed in the designated playing area at any time • Advice must be sought before any chemicals can be used for outside cleaning & no work is to be carried out without written permission from the park management • The park managements written permission is required prior to any events being held in any of the parks communal/park areas • Children under the age of 14 are to accompanied by an adult at all times in the park • Please note – at present the food waste & bottle bins have been relocated to the post room area 8th August, 2013
