About The Bay Filey’s Location

The Bay Filey has a path that leads to a 5 mile stretch of beach, perfect for the hot summer days when you could do with a dip in the sea to cool off. If you’re wanting something a little more active, the Filey Golf Club is a 10-minute drive from the resort so you can leisurely stroll around the course and practise your swing while admiring the beautiful sea views. Scarborough is a 20-minute drive away so you can get some shopping done and treat yourself to a delicious meal in a fine restaurant. Or if you’d rather go bigger, York is an hour’s drive from the resort where you will find shops, museums, historic attractions, restaurants, and a lot more! Flamborough Heritage Coast is where you’ll find the picturesque views that you’ll fall in love with. The rugged clifftops with the waves crashing against them is a calming yet exciting place to be when you want to enjoy the outdoors.

Holiday Homes

The holiday homes are beautifully designed to give you a modern place to escape when you want a change of scenery.  With a 999 year lease, you can enjoy your lodge without having to worry about expiring licenses. The lodges are structured to give you the perfect location for all the family to enjoy without feeling on top of one another. The fully equipped kitchens allow you to enjoy home-cooked meals if you’re wanting a quiet night in and warming cooked breakfasts to enjoy on the terrace when the sun is shining. The holiday homes are fully furnished so you can come and visit without any worries, just pack a bag, and jump in the car, ready to sink into your cosy sofas while watching your favourite TV programme. Our holiday homes are also dog friendly so everyone can enjoy the holiday! There is also plenty of open space for the dogs to run around and find the best places to sniff.

Letting service

We offer a managed letting service that allows you to rent out your holiday home to holidaymakers who are wanting to get away with the family to Yorkshire. We will do all the hard work for you from marketing and bookings to maintenance and cleaning. All you need to do is sit back and enjoy watching your pennies grow!  For qualifying investors, there is also the option of a 7% fixed return (terms and conditions apply).
