As its name suggests, Tranquillity Park is located in the gorgeous country hillside overlooking Woolacombe Bay. While there are a variety of beaches accessible from the park, Woolacombe Bay is a dog-friendly beach noted for its golden sands, clear water, and scenic views. It has also been voted Britain's Best Beach for two consecutive years. Tranquillity Park residents can enjoy many more in this corner of Devon and further afield. In recent years, this park has been upgraded to a higher standard.

Located in a quiet community with like-minded neighbours, this park is for those over forty-five. Each home comes with a private driveway and a small, landscaped garden, so you don't have to worry about maintaining them.

Many local villages offer various shopping opportunities close to the park. The nearby Atlantic Village & Barnstaple High Street are full of artisan craft shops and modern, high-street options. Tranquillity Park is just a 20-minute stroll from Woolacombe. 

The village of Woolacombe is 20 minutes away by foot, or you can take the request bus outside the park, which provides regular services to Ilfracombe and Barnstaple. There is also a convenience store at the park's entrance. In addition to all of the benefits that park home living can offer, it is also an excellent starting point for discovering the history of Woolacombe. The village is lively, with great pubs, restaurants, and shops. Mortehoe village is close to Woolacombe, and there are a variety of restaurants/cafes there for you to explore.
