A Mature park set at the foot hills of the unspoilt Meon Valley. Bounded on two sides by farmland, homes are arranged around a central green giving an open aspect to most properties.
Situated just over ½ mile from the picturesque market village of Botley set on the upper banks of the river Hamble. This charming village has many individual shops, a variety of hostelries and numerous pubs and restaurants. Once described as 'the most delightful village in the world, it has everything in a village I love and none of the things I hate' by one of its famous residents William Cobbett, a 18th century radical journalist. To this day Botley still retains that charm. Further a field and within a short drive is the more modern of outer town shopping experiences with a shopping complex at Hedge End. Southampton, Portsmouth, Chichester and Brighton are easily accessible via the nearby M27 which also provides easy access to the south coast for those lazy days out by the sea. The train station opposite the park provides access to London Waterloo and Southampton as well as a bus stop at the park entrance for those days when you prefer not to drive.
Leaving the M27 at Junction 7 take the A334 to Botley. Once through the Village of Botley the park entrance can be found approximately ½ from the centre directly opposite the train station.
