Pall Mall Caravan Park is a small site found on the west Wales coast on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park. The park has a number of privately owned static caravans, with selected numbers for sale at various times throughout the year.In addition, this campsite in Wales welcomes guests with tents, motorhomes and touring caravans. Facilities available here include toilet and shower blocks, and a washing up area, plus serviced pitches with electric hook-ups are available. Pall Mall Caravan Park is open from Easter to October each year.Although there is no shop, bar or restaurant on-site, these can all be found within a mile of the park, and enable guests to easily stock up on holiday essentials as well as find great local food and drink, giving them a night off cooking and washing up. There are many country pubs nearby, most of which are welcoming to families and serve food throughout the day, ideal whether you've spent a day relaxing on-site or exploring further afield.With Snowdonia National Park right on the doorstep of this campsite, this is often the natural starting point for guests looking to get out and explore the surroundings. Snowdonia offers a range of things to do for the whole family. Guests can head out into the park themselves and take advantage of the vast open spaces and woodland trails available, while there are also plenty of organised activities and pursuits that take place across the park throughout the year. These range from gentle walking and cycling to pony trekking, while thrill seekers can try abseiling and climbing, too. Guests looking for outdoor but less high energy fun can find plenty of places to enjoy great fishing and golf, too.A trip to Snowdonia wouldn’t be complete without tackling Mount Snowdon. Tourists can take guided walks up to the summit or make their own way, while for those not wanting to walk the full path there is a train that runs up the mountain, so you can still enjoy the fabulous views without the exertion. There is a café close to the summit so climbers can enjoy refreshments or decide they’d like to wait for other family members to complete the climb while they kick back and relax!This campsite is in the seaside resort and town of Tywyn, on the Cardigan Bay coast of southern Gwynedd.
