Otter Lodge is a bright and spacious lodge with recently replaced double glazed windows and doors, comprises open plan living/dining and kitchen area, with french doors leading to a decked seating area overlooking the River Tilt.  The living area contains two good-sized sofas, one of which is a sofa-bed for extra guests.  The kitchen is well appointed with integrated electric oven and hob, fridge freezer and washing machine.  A good sized double bedroom with built-in wardrobe and a shower room completes the accommodation.   

Otter Lodge has been completely re-clad, guttering replaced and new double glazed windows and doors fitted together with new decking  in the last 3 to 5 years.

Outside a gravelled driveway provides ample parking and a timber shed for storage.

Directions: From Pitlochry head north along the A9 towards Inverness and turn right at the exit for the B8079 to Blair Atholl and Bruar. Continue into Bridge of Tilt and turn left onto Invertilt Road, then turn right into the River Tilt Park.
