Whitsand Bay Fort is Nestled on the cliff top on the unspoilt Whitsand Bay in Cornwall, just a few minutes from the Southwest coast path and beautiful sandy beaches. Inside the park, luxury lodges are set amongst the rolling lawns and trees.

We have pleasure now enclosing details about this Luxury Park and its excellent facilities, which include indoor heated Swimming Pool, an excellent bar / restaurant serving home cooked meals, carvery on a Sunday.

We are delighted that the Park has been granted a 12-month holiday licence and is open 52 weeks of the year. 

All of the Holiday Lodges have been manufactured to BS3632 the residential standard for construction & insulation, they are provided fully furnished and are equipped to the highest of standards, designed to provide the perfect holiday experience and as you wish to let your lodge, an income as well!

All new lodges enjoy a 125-year lease agreement and to give you an idea of costs, the Ground rent is £4107.54 + Vat per annum and the service charge is between £2,600 and £2,900 + Vat. The LPG gas, electricity and water would be charged directly to you from the utility supplier.
