Sell My Group visit Omar Park Homes Factory

If you are thinking about purchasing a park home, lodge or static caravan, a good idea is to visit the manufacturers factories.

Most of the main manufacturers will be happy to organise a factory tour or will already have organised tour dates. This is something we would strongly recommend.

To see a list of park home, lodge or static caravan manufacturers, take a look at our range of manufacturers on our website.

Having been invited by Richard Sigsworth from OPDS, part of the Omar Group to their factory in Brandon, Suffolk, we decided to take the Sell My Group team to see how the experts make Omar park homes and lodges.

Omar Park Homes and Lodge production

Seeing the production and chatting to the staff who make the at the Omar factory in Brandon was both fascinating and useful. After several hours at the Omar factory, you are in no doubt that this is a company who are arguably one of the best park home and lodge manufacturers in the United Kingdom.

As we took the tour of the Omar Homes factory, we had an insight into how Omar Park Homes production takes place and it is for this reason that we would highly recommend a visit to a factory if you are thinking of buying.

Skilled Craftsmen

The Sell My Group team were impressed by the skilled craftsmen and that production of the components. Also of note is that all the park homes and lodges are produced in the UK and not abroad. The production inside the UK enables quality control throughout the whole making process. Omar Park Homes and Omar Lodges are built to a higher standard than the requirements of BS3632.

For further information on Omar park homes and lodge production, you can visit the Omar web-site.
